How does the receipt scanning work?
Fynance uses advanced AI and OCR technology. Just take a clear photo of your receipt, and our AI will automatically extract the vendor name, date, items, and total amount.
Where is my financial data stored?
Your privacy is our priority. All your transaction data and receipt images are stored locally on your device's secure storage. We do not store your private financial data on our servers.
How do I backup my data?
Go to Profile > Backup & Restore. You can create an offline backup (ZIP file) and save it to your local storage or cloud drive. Remember to keep this file safe!
What if the AI makes a mistake?
While our AI is highly accurate, it can sometimes misread faded receipts. You can always edit the transaction details manually after the scan is complete.
